The establishment of Setia Awan Quality Standards (SAQS)
Serve as the foundational guidelines for all our construction projects. These standards encompass all aspects of the building process, from material selection to construction techniques, ensuring consistency and excellence in every project.
Monthly Quality Score Audit
To maintain ongoing quality control, our QA/QC representatives will conduct monthly visits to project sites. During these visits, they will assess the progress and thoroughly inspect the work to ensure it aligns with our quality standards. These audits will help identify and rectify any issues promptly,
QLASSIC Scoring
Upon project completion, the construction will undergo the Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) certification from CIDB Malaysia. This scoring system evaluates the workmanship quality of building construction work, providing an objective measure of quality that reinforces our commitment to excellence.
ISO Certified
ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System
Setia Awan has been certified with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (Provision of Property Development) from 4 Nov 2022.
ISO 9001 certification and implementation assist and ensure Setia Awan to be:
- More efficient and improve customer satisfaction
- Improve productivity and reduce error
- Improve work efficiency and effectiveness
- Improve business performance
These measures controlled by annual internal audit conducted internally and external audit by certification body.
