Executive, Sales Admin

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales & Marketing Department in administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Assist in monitoring End-Financing (EF) line status and compiling paperwork for bank EF reviews.
  • Liaise with lawyers, bankers, and purchasers to facilitate financing applications.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track sales conversion performance.
  • Update Master List to ensure all sales application forms and related documents are complete.
  • Assist in resolving reconciliation matters or discrepancies raised by the Accounts Department.
  • Coordinate preparation and signing of documents, ensuring accuracy in SPA and financing agreements.
  • Follow up on the timely return of stamped agreements and coordinate dispatch to purchasers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the superior/HOD from time to time.

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Studies / Management / Administration or relevant working experience.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in sales administration in property development.
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communicațion skills.
  • Computer literate and knowledge in property related system.
  • Self-motivated, independent, hardworking, and positive working attitude and able to work in team.
