Whistleblowing Policy

We are committed to conducting our business with honesty and integrity. To support this, we have established a Whistleblowing Policy that encourages all employees, contractors, and stakeholders to report any concerns regarding:

  • Financial malpractice or fraud
  • Breaches of legal or regulatory requirements
  • Health and safety violations
  • Sexual Harassment
  • Conflict of Interest
  • Misuse of confidential information
  • Acts or omission which are deemed to be against the interest of the company, laws, regulations or public policies
  • Deliberate concealment of any of the above matters or other acts of wrongdoing

How to Report:

We take all reports seriously. Concerns can be raised confidentially, and reports may be submitted anonymously where permitted by law. Retaliation against anyone raising a genuine concern in good faith is strictly prohibited.

All reports will be investigated independently and impartially.

The whistleblowing policy and channels does not cover pure grievances, including complaints about employment matters, which should be channelled to the appropriate authority within the Group such as the Human Resource Department.

The above channels also do not deal with product or customer service complaints as such complaints are to be channelled through dedicated sales and customer service representatives at each of our sales galleries.
