To maintain ongoing quality control, our QA/QC representatives will conduct monthly visits to project sites. During these visits, they will assess the progress and thoroughly inspect the work to ensure it aligns with our quality standards. These audits will help identify and rectify any issues promptly.
Upon project completion, the construction will undergo the Quality Assessment System in Construction (QLASSIC) certification from CIDB Malaysia. This scoring system evaluates the workmanship quality of building construction work, providing an objective measure of quality that reinforces our commitment to excellence.
Setia Awan has been certified with ISO 9001:2015 for the Provision of Property Development since 4 November 2022, helping to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, productivity, work effectiveness, and business performance while reducing errors. These are monitored through annual internal and external audits.
