Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • To achieve the sales targets as set by the Management.
  • To handle all sales enquiries including telephone enquiries, walk-ins, email enquiries.
  • To effectively promote and sell the company’s properties.
  • To advise purchasers on bank loan/ end financing procedures.
  • To collect down payment and ensure the signing of the S&P and loan approval.
  • To participate in sales campaigns, promotions, road shows & projects launches.
  • Update and maintain customers’ database and ensure the sales gallery is always neat and tidy.
  • Perform other ad-hoc assignment and any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
  • Monitor sales processes based on ISO standards including following up on loan applications and liaising with solicitors on loan documentations.

Education, Experience & Skill Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Studies or equivalent.
  • At least 1 to 3 year(s) of working experience with sales in property developer/ real estate is an advantage for this position.
  • Junior Executive specialized in Property/ Real Estate or equivalent & fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Property agents are encouraged to apply.
  • Customer service oriented, pleasant, outgoing & friendly personality.
  • Able to work during weekends and Public Holiday.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Required language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
