Senior Executive, Leasing
Responsibilities:
- Provide tenancy admin support and coordination.
- Review all leasing documentation.
- Update, upkeep, and generate all relevant tenancy documents (LOO and Tenancy Agreements) and maintain a proper filing system.
- Track all legal documentation and renewals.
- Make sure tenants are on all tenancy administrative processes to ensure that Tenancy Agreements (TA) are duly executed, stamped, and delivered.
- Update tenancy details in the property management system promptly and ensure that the data is accurate.
- Administer POS integration with centres and tenant rental collection, generate tenant sales reports, and the occupancy cost ratio for management analysis.
- Liaise and update the Finance Department on all Tenancy Agreements (TA) documents and payments.
- Monitor monthly collection rental from the system and make sure payment is not delayed.
- Make sure the original receipt is ready for billing by the executive in early or at the end month to all tenants.
Education, Experience & Skill Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Business Admin, Marketing, Property Management, or in any discipline.
- Candidates must have minimum 3 years of working experience in related industry, leasing or marketing and tenancy administration.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel occasionally.
- Experience in market intelligence, rental benchmarking, and developing leasing strategies tailored to different commercial unit typologies (anchor tenants, F&B, co-working, etc.).
- Positive mindset, committed, proactive and able to work in a team as well as independently.
- Strong background in handling complex lease structuring, renewals, and tenant mix planning for commercial assets.
- Experience managing a portfolio of commercial units (offices, retail shops, or industrial spaces), including coordinating viewings, negotiating lease terms, and preparing tenancy agreements.
- Good time management and multitasking skills.
