Executive, Sales Admin
Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales & Marketing Department in administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations.
- Assist in monitoring End-Financing (EF) line status and compiling paperwork for bank EF reviews.
- Liaise with lawyers, bankers, and purchasers to facilitate financing applications.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports to track sales conversion performance.
- Update Master List to ensure all sales application forms and related documents are complete.
- Assist in resolving reconciliation matters or discrepancies raised by the Accounts Department.
- Coordinate preparation and signing of documents, ensuring accuracy in SPA and financing agreements.
- Follow up on the timely return of stamped agreements and coordinate dispatch to purchasers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the superior/HOD from time to time.
Education, Experience & Skill Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Studies / Management / Administration or relevant working experience.
- At least 2 years’ experience in sales administration in property development.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess good interpersonal and communicațion skills.
- Computer literate and knowledge in property related system.
- Self-motivated, independent, hardworking, and positive working attitude and able to work in team.
