Senior Executive, Strategic Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze market data, assess competitive landscapes, and identify new marketing opportunities to support strategic growth.
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing and promotional activities including exhibitions, roadshows, project launches, and events.
- Conduct feasibility studies by analysing market trends, competitor offerings, and target demographics through thorough market research and competitor analysis to evaluate site potential, develop product concepts with unique positioning.
- Develop and oversee the creation of marketing collaterals (online & offline) such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital ads.
- Manage and monitor project budgets, timelines, and ensure adherence to approved plans.
- Source and liaise with suppliers for marketing materials and event requirements.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content and ads across social media platforms to build brand presence and drive audience engagement.
- Maintain Sales Gallery and Show Units in presentable condition.
- Provide customer service and sales support during events and roadshows.
- Track and maintain accurate marketing and sales records; ensure documentation compliance and timely vendor payments.
- Prepare reports for internal meetings and regulatory submissions.
- Provide general support to the Manager and undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.
Education, Experience & Skill Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of marketing related work experience is required for this position.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
- Good analytical skills.
- Experience in managing social media platforms.
- Preferably with basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut)
- Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Required language (s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess own transport, wiling to travel occasionally.
