Setia Awan Land officially launched Tanjong Malim Hi-Tech Park (TMHTP) on 21 September 2026, marking the Company’s entry into industrial development. The launch also introduced Ionera, TMHTP’s commercial component, as part of the Company’s vision to develop an integrated industrial ecosystem that supports Tanjong Malim’s growing automotive and manufacturing sectors.
Setia Awan Land Director Dato’ Marcus Doh said the development reflects the Company’s ambition to go beyond providing industrial land.
“Our vision for Tanjong Malim Hi-Tech Park is to build an industrial ecosystem that supports businesses over the long term, with the infrastructure, commercial amenities and supporting services they need to establish, operate and grow,” he said.
The launch was officiated by YAB Dato’ Seri Saarani bin Mohamad, Menteri Besar of Perak, and brought together representatives from the Federal and State governments, industry partners, investors, bankers, purchasers, educational institutions and the business community.
